Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, but if for any reason you are not, you may return/exchange your items within 7 days of receipt. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted on unwashed, unworn items with tags still attached. Items being returned/exchanged must also be free of stains, scents, hair, pet dander, and glitter. 

All refunds, minus shipping costs, will be made in the form of original payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of original order delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days to process and apply credit to your form of payment.

All sales are final on doorbusters, leggings, undergarments, socks, hats, bath and body items, face masks, and jewelry.

We inspect every item before they are shipped out to you, but in case you receive a defective item, please email us within 3 days of order receipt at info@purejoyboutiqueonline.com with pictures, description, and your order number.
